Diageo’s SeyBrew isn’t just a beer in the Seychelles. It’s part of the islands’ identity. Working with Ford Creative, we uncovered a disconnect. While SeyBrew actively supports grassroots football, protects the natural environment, and invests in local communities, this deeper story wasn’t being felt. The brand was driven by short-term promotions rather than a long-term vision. Our response was a phased campaign approach focused on awareness, engagement, and conversion, designed to build brand equity before asking for action. Instead of isolated activations, we created a flexible campaign ecosystem built to evolve over time. Tailored to three key audiences, the new generation, loyal grafters, and visiting explorers — the work adapted tone and storytelling while staying anchored in one unifying idea: every sip gives back to the islands. The result was a platform that invited the SeyBrew community to take part, champion local stories, and invest emotionally in the future of the island, not just consume the product.
